Information Regarding CDs and orders:

Due to legal copyright laws, we can only accept returns if:

 

CDs have not been opened and used

CDs are faulty or damaged.

Most of our products are replicated, but some are duplicated.

 

Duplicated CDs are a different method of creating CD products from the replication process. They are actually a more expensive way of creating CDs, nevertheless they are not always compatable with every CD player unit, therefore some CD players may play the CDs, and occasionally have problems; in some cases, CDs may not play atall. This is not necessarily a fault on the CD, simply an incompatability issue with that specific player.

Payments are processed via PayPal, Inc. Your information is encrypted and never seen.

 

Please make sure you have checked the final amount. Sometimes, when computers are a little unresponsive it is natural to press a button several times; in some cases this could lead to the computer adding product, so please do a final check before making your final purchase.  If there is an error, then please let us know immediately. We will always be willing to work with you, if such an error has been made.
